All new hires go through our education program. Whether you are just starting out your career or have been cutting hair for years, our program is designed to help you continue to learn your craft and expand your skillset.

Our mission as the GENT Educating Team is to teach stylists/ barbers, with all levels of experience, techniques, and tools to ensure consistent results. We support, encourage, and challenge oncoming team members in a positive and uplifting environment. Aiming to reinforce confidence and strength in individuals. Together we strive to meet the common goal of GENT quality standards on a daily basis.
