Elle has been a stylist at GENT since Eden Prairie opened. Fresh out of school she found her passion for men's hair and now mentors others through Gent's Education Program. She loves both creating new styles and maintaining current ones. When not behind the chair Elle loves watching true crime documentaries with her puppy.

My name is Kristin and my family and friends know me as that and Kristi. I have been a cosmetologist for over 15 years specializing and proud of my vast product knowledge and educating my clients to ensure their confidence with the style they want. I pride myself on my ability to show my clientele how to achieve their style and what would work for them in their daily life. I am an artist and strive for perfection. There is nothing more fulfilling to me than clean lines, a crisp or easy going style and seeing the moment a client realizes how to better describe their hair needs. From cuts and colors to waxing. Nothing is better than making my client happy. I am caring and strive to get to know all of my clients likes and dislikes. I am known for digging into products and styles and truly understanding them to achieve the outcome my client desires and expects. I prefer to be more aware than less. And I will never turn down an opportunity to gain more insight in this industry as it is consistently evolving.
